1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Little Huggies website (www.littlehuggies.com) and any purchases made through it. Little Huggies is a registered business operating in Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Sizes are approximate. Please refer to our Size Guide for measurements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and online card payments. For COD orders, you agree to be present or have an authorised person available to receive and pay for the delivery.

Little Huggies reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe (for bank transfer orders) or if the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (public holidays, courier delays, weather, etc.).

5. Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Little Huggies website, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Little Huggies and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Little Huggies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the item(s) purchased.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from product use. Always check garment labels and wash before first use.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
